I’m Tom Evans, founder of Tower Enforcement & Collection Services Ltd.

I’ve spent the best part of 18 years working in enforcement. Before that, I served in the British Army. Both have taught me pretty much the same thing — turn up, do what you said you were going to do, and do the job properly.

That’s really why I started Tower.

I’d worked in the enforcement industry long enough to know what I thought worked and, just as importantly, what didn’t. I wanted to build a company where clients could actually speak to the people dealing with their case, get a straight answer and know that their instruction wasn’t just another reference number sitting in a system.

We’re not here to promise that every debt will be recovered, because anybody who has been in this industry long enough knows that isn’t realistic. What I can promise is that we’ll give you an honest assessment from the start and, if we take the job on, we’ll give it everything we’ve got.

Today we help landlords, businesses, managing agents and legal professionals with debt recovery, High Court enforcement, CRAR, evictions and other enforcement matters across England and Wales.

My Army background is still a big part of Tower and always will be. Discipline, reliability and looking after the people you’re working alongside aren’t slogans to me — they’re standards I’ve carried with me throughout my working life.

Tower is also proud to support the ex-forces community and the local communities around us. That’s something that’s genuinely important to me as the business grows.
